Tod’s America: CEO Roberto Lorenzini Steps Down

Tod’s has announced that Roberto Lorenzini, the General Manager of its American operations, is stepping down after 14 years at the helm, in agreement with both the company and the Della Valle family.

A New Chapter

According to the statement from the local team, Roberto has decided that the time is right to pursue new opportunities aligned with his future professional objectives and ambitions. Tod’s has already identified a successor, who will be officially named soon. In the meantime, Lorenzini will remain with the company in an advisory role to ensure a smooth leadership transition.

Career Background

Before leading Tod’s America, Lorenzini served as Chief Commercial Officer at Etoile Group, later becoming President and CEO of Sixty USA, and then President and COO of Versace USA. Earlier in his career, he also gained experience at Fendi, PwC, and Deloitte & Touche.

His Impact

His departure marks the close of a chapter in which he played a pivotal role in expanding Tod’s presence in the U.S. Recently, he supported the rollout of an innovative business model that strengthened partnerships with major wholesale clients and significantly boosted sales.
