Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Are Engaged: A Look at Her Stunning Ring

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have officially announced their engagement, and fans can’t stop talking about her dazzling engagement ring.

The couple shared the joyful news on August 26 with a joint Instagram post that read: “Your English teacher and your PE teacher are getting married.”

Swift’s Engagement Look

For the special moment with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, Swift wore a chic black-and-white striped halter dress by Ralph Lauren, brown heeled sandals from Louis Vuitton, and a gold Cartier Santos Demoiselle quartz watch with a diamond-set dial. Yet, as expected, the spotlight was firmly on her ring.

The Design of the Ring

Kelce collaborated with Kindred Ljubec of Artifex Fine Jewelry to create the custom piece. The design features a mined, classic-cut diamond with softly rounded corners set in yellow gold, complete with delicate side engraving. The colorless stone takes up nearly the entire length of Swift’s left ring finger, highlighting all four of the “Cs” without compromise.

Joining a Growing Trend

Swift’s bezel-set diamond ring joins a growing list of celebrity engagement pieces. Earlier this year, Zendaya appeared at the 2025 Golden Globes wearing a Jessica McCormack ring with back-button details. Director Charlie McDowell proposed to Lily Collins with a pink-cut diamond by Irene Neuwirth. Now, Swift is adding her own sparkling chapter to this trend.

A Busy Month for Swift

This announcement comes just weeks after Swift revealed her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl. For its promotional visuals, she worked with Bob Mackie to design authentic, shimmering showgirl costumes inspired by Jubilee! Now, however, she has a brand-new accessory to celebrate with. While this new project is considered her “orange era,” fans can expect to see her embracing plenty of white in the near future.

Congratulations to the happy couple—this is a love story, and Taylor Swift has officially said “yes!”
