Rihanna and A$AP Rocky at the SNL After Party in New York

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky stepped out together in New York City for a rare date night, arriving at the Saturday Night Live after-party at Saks Fifth Avenue with two distinctive, fashion-forward looks.

Rihanna centered her outfit around the New Comic boots from Loewe. The knee-high style was crafted in two-tone stretch lambskin and suede, combining black leather with taupe suede along the shaft and continuing into a pointed toe. Made in Italy, the boots featured a 90mm heel and were finished with a single gold donut-link ankle chain circling the black leather panel. The design retails for $2,300.

Her styling echoed the boots’ mixed neutral palette. The Fenty founder wore a beige zip-front jacket by Saint Laurent, detailed with navy bands across the shoulders and chest, paired with a black pencil skirt. She completed the look with a navy New York Yankees cap, oversized black sunglasses and a structured navy top-handle bag. Later in the evening, she layered a brown-and-gray shearling coat from Prada over the jacket for added warmth.

The Loewe appearance followed another footwear-led look the previous night. For A$AP Rocky’s “Don’t Be Dumb” album release, Rihanna opted for white patent Anok pumps by Amina Muaddi, styling the pointed-toe heels with black knife pants from Balenciaga and layered tailoring.

That earlier choice briefly referenced Rihanna’s past work with Muaddi, who collaborated with her on a footwear capsule for the Fenty label in 2020. On the SNL night, however, attention returned to Loewe, reinforcing the brand’s place in Rihanna’s recent fashion lineup following earlier custom projects, including her widely discussed pregnancy reveal look at the 2023 Super Bowl halftime show.

Rocky complemented Rihanna’s textured styling with a head-to-toe look from Chanel by Matthieu Blazy. He wore a long graphic coat from the Métiers d’art 2026 collection layered over a red V-neck knit and a white T-shirt, paired with light-wash jeans and a crystal-buckle belt. The outfit was finished with deep red leather oxford shoes from Chanel.

Together, the couple’s after-party appearance captured their shared approach to off-duty dressing, blending luxury labels with relaxed silhouettes. Even outside a formal red-carpet setting, the pairing once again demonstrated how carefully chosen footwear, layered styling and high-fashion references can turn a low-key night out into a notable fashion moment.
