Calvin Klein’s New SoHo Flagship Is Here

Calvin Klein has officially opened a new global flagship store at 530 Broadway in SoHo, New York — a symbolic return to the brand’s roots. The 3,000-plus square-foot space draws on the aesthetic of classic New York loft apartments: open wood ceilings, cast-iron columns, concrete floors, neutral tones and brushed stainless-steel fixtures. The exterior is wrapped in the brand’s signature charcoal tone, with large windows presenting a seasonal visual concept created for the opening.

What’s Inside: Curated Fashion, Denim & Underwear at the Core

Inside the new flagship, curated zones prominently feature denim and underwear at the heart of the assortment. Alongside these, visitors can find men’s and women’s ready-to-wear apparel and accessories. Starting spring 2026, the store will periodically offer select styles from the Calvin Klein Collection runway line. To celebrate the opening, CK is launching a limited capsule collection of T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and totes — all branded specifically with “Calvin Klein SoHo.”

Why It Matters: Heritage, Lifestyle & Elevated Retail Experience

According to Calvin Klein’s global brand president, the SoHo store is more than a shop — it is a homage to New York heritage and a statement of the brand’s evolution. Situated steps away from a landmark Houston Street billboard, the flagship aims to deliver a global lifestyle expression rooted in minimalism, culture, and contemporary urban living.

The opening follows recent flagship launches in cities like Paris and Tokyo, showcasing the brand’s strategy to build premium lifestyle destinations that reflect its minimalist design DNA.

A Milestone for the Brand and What’s Next

The SoHo flagship marks a major milestone in Calvin Klein’s retail expansion. For consumers, it offers a refined, immersive shopping environment. For the brand, it deepens roots in what many consider the birthplace of modern minimalism — New York. As the store rolls out capsule drops and introduces special offerings, it repositions Calvin Klein as a global lifestyle brand blending design, culture and heritage.
